Well… a few days ago YouTube closed my channel because of some videos I uploaded, I understand their reasons so I don’t blame them, what I don’t understand is the companies behind it forcing YouTube to shut down channels which contain their material which is copyrighted, what difference does the URL where their content is being played from makes to them? all that matters is that when their content is played they are paid their royalties and that proper credit is giving to the provider and the artists, right? it looks that they are not willing of course to share part of the pie with YouTube though and rather than to make their content available to everyone by other means, they simply in many instances don’t make it even available to the public at all, like in the case of my channel where the offending material was NOT available anywhere else.

Some content providers however do work with YouTube and allow users to post their copyrighted material and simply require YouTube to add a link to the provider and to also include advertisement on the video page, that seems to me like the right approach that every content provider should follow, is it that hard?

Anyway I have a new YouTube channel, which by the way is in many ways better than the previous one, with the exception that I have no subscribers now lol and I lost all favorites and friends, hopefully I will find them again soon, as you probably know YouTube has started allowing the upload of HD files to their site, therefore some of my videos are now in HD (well Near HD) and also some of the videos I had before are now High Quality and I have fixed letterboxing etc. you can visit my new channel at: http://www.youtube.com/ElyOnTV enjoy and don’t forget to post some comments and rate my videos!

Yeap, this was a sweet and sour weekend for me, all made possible by the Broward County sheriff office, thank you! While being already late and heading to the annual Jehovah’s Witnesses 3-day convention, anxious to see and share memorable moments with my dear brothers and sisters I was issued a $230 speeding ticket for going at 85MPH in a 65MPH zone lol, I know I deserve it, and If there’s anything at all to say in my defense, I would just say one thing: “Hey this is the second ticket I ever get in my entire life!” lol anyway, I already saw a lawyer and I hopefully it won’t affect my Driving License record.

Check out this new portable Wi-FI Radio, the Pico from Revo. Apparently it is the worlds first portable Internet radio and automatically links to any broadband Wi-Fi connection to stream both live and Listen Again Internet broadcasts.

It features a rechargeable battery, which will last up to 8 hours, and it also features an FM radio should no Wi-Fi connection be available.

Everything sounds better, Everything looks brighter, Everything tastes better, Everything you do Tiesto  feels better; Everything, even your Trance sounds better.

Last Wednesday I enjoyed listening for hours to the latest Tiesto release and I have to say it’s one of his best productions to date, this CD actually revived my hope in Trance music in general, all beats are so new, so fresh and upbeat that I couldn’t do less than listen for hours over and over again, all 12 tracks included on the CD are beautiful exponents of modern Trance.

Once again Tiesto shows up his soul of true artist and musician; being a real and complete example of this genre is no alien behavior to him, he gives us not just remixes of songs by other composers like most DJs these days do, instead all songs included on the album (except two) are written and produced by Tiesto; this is the reason I no longer feel comfortable calling him “DJ Tiesto” I think he is a lot more than just a DJ; he has emerged as a true artist who brings Trance and Electronic music in general to higher grounds; All your fans welcome you Tiesto; you have become an element of our own lives!

Note: I have uploaded all 12 tracks to this site and you can listen to all of them by clicking on my Media Player on the sidebar of my site; however the tracks I uploaded are very low quality, I encourage you to buy this CD if you do like Trance and wish to support the wonderful work of this artist.

Loaded with 2GB of flash memory this player is very compact and nice looking, I love its round look, software included with it is good and updated with the latest version available. It has a nice opening on the top that allows me to hang it from my neck using any regular lace.
The position of the menus is also very convenient and easy to navigate through folders allowing quick and easy access to my music collection. it’s fully loaded with extra toys such as games and phone book, it also has .jpg and .gif picture support that lets me store and view photos, the player also lets me open and view  text files with its .txt file viewer I can watch movies since it has support for .amv movies, it supports most audio files and it is fast when browse my music on it. It also has a nice FM tuner which is good when I’m bored of my music, this feature I believe allows me to record FM stations but I haven’t tried it yet.
